Hawks Cliff, Central Elgin, ON

We saw through the media that hawks begin migration in late August, peaking in September and some are just leaving in October.  What a perfect opportunity to take some photos at Hawks Cliff and check on the letterbox we have hidden nearby.

The photo shoot was great, we ran into some geocachers, a few photographers carrying fancy cameras and a friend with her three children out on a field trip.  It was definitely a very busy place.

Sadly our letterbox is gone.  This is the second attempt so I think we will just leave Hawks Cliff to the hawks.
