One of the things I made for my friends at Christmas was homemade chili powder. I haven't used it yet but it sure does smell good.
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
Mix everything together and store in a glass jar.
